We've used SecureNetShop for the last few years. Their set up process is very easy and the admin where we make changes to settings and products is nicely designed. There are plenty of features to manage everything from automated sales tax to shipping rates. We've been very happy with SecureNetShop. Their tech support has been outstanding. They don't try to brush you off quickly with canned responses, like so many other companies and they reply to emails quickly. We tried other shopping carts before SecureNetShop but they honestly didn't compare. Their servers were down a lot, they lacked features or their support was horrible. SecureNetShop isn't perfect - they've had a couple outages but they were brief and that's nothing compared to others. It's been a long time though since that happened. Their support team says they've added even more servers and it shows. I signed up for a google checkout account which they had support for their free shopping cart users. Their shopping cart is full of bugs and our support team helped them fix them. They purposely block google checkout coupons so your customers can not enter a coupon code. After our support team pointed out to securenetshop.com all the flaws in their shopping cart integration with google checkout they decided to take it away from free shopping cart users. Our support team worked on their buggy shopping cart for days and they had the nerve to offer us a 20% upgrade and disabled our free shopping cart access to google checkout. We would not recommend securenetshop.com and we are ourselves right now having our web team re-program our website so we don't have to use their buggy shopping cart. Also they tried to scam us after we pointed out to them problems in their shopping cart integration. securenetshop.com offers all types of payment options; credit cards, paypal, cod, check, and google checkout with their free shopping cart. Now all of a sudden the google checkout is only availible if you upgrade they crappy shopping cart for over $200 a year. Stay far away from securenetshop.com. I've created primary setup, added products and started with CC processing within approximately 4 hours after purchase. We used this merchant account earlier and had no problems.
